Over the past 20 years, the border cities of Tijuana, Rosarito, Puerto Nuevo, Ensenada, and the Guadalupe Wine Country have been blowing the lid off of fine cuisine.  No longer are street tacos and Puerto Nuevo-style lobster the cuisine of fame for the region. No way.  Now foodies will find a trail of French, Chinese, Mediterranean, Mongolian, Nuevo Californian, and of course a mixture of Latin flavors.

We expect this section to grow and for now we are listing those restaurants that we believe are tried and true.  Enjoy your travels.
