My name is Diane Gibbs and I have the great pleasure of living in a wonderful location, where the people are warm and generous, and the ocean views, and ambiance of the area are the best of the best.
I was licensed in the State of Oklahoma when I considered buying in Mexico so I made a trip to Rosarito Beach and found myself, as a Realtor, trying to find accurate information about foreign ownership.
I found that factual information was not readily available to me as a prospective buyer. My search for information became a "mission" and, over these last 21 years, I have found my home and have helped many others find their happy homes too!
I am the Broker-Owner of Realty Executives Gibbs and Associates for the territory of Playas de Tijuana, San Antonio del Mar, Rosarito Beach, Puerto Nuevo area, Bajamar, Ensenada, Colonet and Bahia de Los Angeles. The company has two locations; the main office just past the Puerto Nuevo Lobster Village, about 10 miles south of The Rosarito Beach Hotel, with a satellite office in San Antonio del Mar.

Our reasoning was threefold. One, this location makes a statement that we are here to stay as we have been for 21 years. Second, as Diane says, "We spend more time at the office than we do in our homes, so I want to make it enjoyable for our staff and clients". Thirdly, the office is an example of the fine craftsmanship you can find with the local talent Baja is so blessed with.
