Sometimes is it best to go with a long time favorite, but just as many times when we decided to try someone new, we find them to all have something we love. Take a chance and see which place looks best to you!
There are a few distinctive differences between all the restaurants, such as some Puerto Nuevo Restaurants serve delicious shrimp, and clam dishes. In the last few years almost all the restaurants have begun to carry additional items on their menus for those who do not want lobster.
Lobster season runs from September through April. Out of season diners still enjoy flash frozen versions of the same. Both are tasty!
Lobsters in Baja come in various sizes. The best tasting and most tender are the medium lobsters weighing around 1 to 1 1/4 pound. The Burros, or giant lobsters, are very tough.

You can find numerous ATM machines in Rosarito, two banks in Rosarito that dispense US dollars (one is located directly across from the Rosarito Beach Hotel, and the other on the north end of town across from the Calimax, next to the Autozone).
Remember to get US cash you will be charged more. We suggest you take pesos if you can.
Like everywhere else in the world, waiters survive off their tips. Tipping is expected at a minimum of 15% of your meal's total just like in the US.
